Our ethos:
We are a project managed by Kingston Voluntary Action (Charity Incorporated Organisation 1160403) and aim to effect personal and social change by:
- Reducing isolation
- Increasing self-confidence and esteem
- Developing skills for self-help and mutual support
- Learning new skills
- Educating, caring and becoming involved with the local community
We pride ourselves on being an all inclusive community and our ethos is to provide a safe, supported and positive space, creating a friendly atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
We aim to reduce isolation and increase self confidence through social activities and learning.
Our experienced staff team will welcome people with a learning disability and/or mental health concern to our community and offer person centred support for our members to engage with activities or sessions of their choosing.
